About PrimeHat
PrimeHat is an online marketplace in Bangladesh where verified sellers list electronics, fashion, home and everyday products, with delivery across all 64 districts.
We built it for a market that already works a certain way: most of Bangladesh's online selling happens through Facebook pages, Messenger and WhatsApp, paid on delivery, shipped by courier. That works until a shop grows — then orders get lost in chat, stock goes wrong, and many parcels come back. PrimeHat gives buyers a place where every seller has shown an ID and returns are handled by the platform, and gives sellers one place to run orders, stock, couriers and returns: PrimeCommerce, our seller platform.

What we're not
Not a seller ourselves; not a courier; not a lender. We list, verify, handle payment and returns, and give sellers tools.
