Buying and selling on PrimeHat, in short. Each answer links to the page with the details.

Do I need an account?

No. Your phone number is your account, and you can set a password later. See How to order.

Where do you deliver?

To all 64 districts. Some hill tracts, chars and island unions take longer, and the courier may call to arrange a pickup point. See Delivery.

How much is delivery?

Each seller's items travel as one parcel with its own charge, shown on the product page and at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka, usually 1–3 days after the seller dispatches. Outside Dhaka, 2–5 days, and up to 7 for remote upazilas. You get the tracking number when the parcel is handed to the courier.

How can I pay?

Checkout shows the ways to pay for your order. Today they are: cash on delivery (an advance by bKash or Nagad where a seller asks one). See Payment methods.

Can I check the parcel before paying?

Yes. Open the parcel in front of the rider; if the item is wrong, the wrong size or damaged, refuse it. See Returns.

What if the item is wrong or damaged?

Refuse it at the door, or open a return from your order page within 7 days of delivery. We arrange the pickup, and the seller pays the return delivery when the item was wrong or damaged.

How do refunds work?

Once the seller has the item back, PrimeHat refunds you to the way you paid.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, until the seller has dispatched it: cancel from the order page or by WhatsApp. After dispatch, refuse the parcel at the door or use Returns.

Who are the sellers?

Independent shops in Bangladesh. Every seller shows their national ID before they can list, and larger shops their trade licence. See Trust and safety.

How do I report a seller?

From the order page, or through the contact page. A shop that sends wrong items, doesn't dispatch or asks you to pay outside PrimeHat is suspended.

Is my phone number shared?

Only with the seller and the courier delivering your order, so they can reach you. See the privacy policy.

Who can sell on PrimeHat?

Any shop in Bangladesh with real products in stock. You apply with your national ID (a trade licence is optional at the start), and we check the shop before it goes live. See Sell on PrimeHat.

What does it cost to sell?

Listing and selling are free. PrimeHat takes a very small commission on a delivered order and nothing on a returned one. PrimeCommerce plans with more tools are optional. See Sell on PrimeHat.

How do sellers get paid?

Your balance shows each delivered order less the commission, and is paid to your bKash, Nagad or bank account with a statement. Payouts are made on a twice a week schedule. See Payouts.

What is PrimeCommerce?

PrimeHat's seller platform: one order desk for marketplace and chat orders, courier dispatch, inventory, returns and reports. It has a free tier. See PrimeCommerce.
