An assistant that answers in Bangla, and knows your stock
It drafts replies, or sends them itself for the questions you choose: price, size, delivery charge, where's my order. Prices and stock come from your live data, never guessed.
- In Assist mode it drafts and you press Send. In Auto mode it sends for you, from Grow.
- Complaints, refund requests and anyone asking for a person are never answered by the assistant: the chat waits for you, and in Auto mode the buyer gets a short line saying someone will reply.
- It learns from your edits: what you change before sending is kept as an example.
- When a buyer asks for a lower price it can agree within the discount you set; anything below your limit waits for you.
- A monthly number of drafts on every plan, more on bigger plans.
When a buyer asks for a person, the chat is handed to you.
Turn comments into orders
Reply privately to "price?" comments, catch order codes in comments, and turn a chat into a confirmed order with the address understood and the stock checked.
- A comment gets a private reply in Messenger, from Grow.
- A code like "A12" in a comment opens a draft order for that buyer.
- An address typed in Bangla is read into district, area and details for you to confirm.
- Repeat buyers and risky orders are flagged before you confirm.
- The buyer confirms by replying, tapping a button, or entering a code sent by SMS (OTP).
Orders placed this way reserve stock and land on the same order desk.
Sell live, without the chaos
Go live on Facebook from your browser and sell by product code. A claim in the comments opens a draft order for that buyer, up to the cap you set for each code.

Any shop in Bangladesh with real products in stock. You apply with your national ID (a trade licence is optional at the start), and we check the shop before it goes live.
Listing and selling are free. PrimeHat takes a very small commission on a delivered order and nothing on a returned one. PrimeCommerce plans with more tools are optional.
Your balance shows each delivered order less the commission, and is paid to your bKash, Nagad or bank account with a statement. Payouts are made twice a week. See Payouts.
