PrimeCommerce
PrimeCommerce is where your stock and orders live. Orders from PrimeHat buyers land in your order desk and take from the same stock you count, receive and dispatch from. Your shop has its own page on PrimeHat. And your products come in from Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce or a CSV file.

Buyers on PrimeHat order your products, and the orders land in your order desk. They take from the same stock as everything else you do in PrimeCommerce. The checkout holds the units while the buyer pays, and lets them go by itself if the payment doesn't come. A cash-on-delivery order holds its units for your hold time, 72 hours unless you change it. PrimeHat takes a very small commission on a delivered sale. Your delivery fee is yours in full. More on selling here: Sell on PrimeHat.
Your shop has its own page at primehat.com/shop/your-shop-name, with:
On Pro, keep a number of units, or a share of what's in stock, for one channel. The other channels are shown what's left after it. See the plans.
Connect your Facebook pages and their Instagram accounts. Messages and comments from all of them land in one inbox, and the orders they bring take from the same stock.

Your shop on your own web address, selling from the same stock.
Yes. Marketplace orders land in your order desk and take from the same stock. The checkout holds the units while the buyer pays, so the same unit isn't sold twice.
Yes, from their product export files, on Grow and up. On every plan you can import a CSV of your products, sizes and opening stock; a dry run lists every row error before anything is written.
A very small commission on a delivered sale, and nothing on a returned one. Your delivery fee is yours in full. Plans are separate: see pricing.
