The Reports screen works from your stock record and your orders. Pick a report and a period: each one answers a single question. Staff who aren't allowed to see costs get the same reports without them.

What is my stock worth, and how fast does it sell? Units on hand at average cost, units sold in the period, what they cost you, and how many times a year your stock turns over.
What is running low, and what has run out? Set a low-stock line for your shop, and the stock screen lists what is low and what is out.
The inventory home shows your stock value, low and out-of-stock sizes, incoming units, returns waiting, dead stock and your returns rate.
Export your stock as a CSV file at any time.
Grow adds these reports.
What should I buy now? For each size: available, incoming, reorder point, units sold a day, days of cover, the quantity to buy and the supplier. See the reorder list.
How long has my stock been sitting? Units on hand by age: 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-180 and over 180 days, with the value of what is older than 90 days.
What isn't selling? Sizes on hand with no sale in the period you pick, and the money tied up in them.
Which sizes make my money? A: the sizes that bring the first 80 % of revenue. B: the next 15 %. C: the last 5 %.
What do I make on each size? Revenue after discounts, cost of goods, margin and margin %. A line not dispatched yet is estimated at today's cost, and the report says how many lines are estimated.
Where do my returns come from? By product, courier, district, or how the item came back: the courier brought it back, or the buyer sent it back. Each row shows returned lines, the return rate, and how many were restocked or scrapped.
What did the goods I sold cost me? When a parcel is dispatched, its cost of goods is posted to your books, and so are write-offs. See cost of goods.
Export any report as CSV or XLSX, along with your movements, stock levels and stock valuation. See exports.
Pro adds these reports.
Which colours and sizes sell, and which sit? What sold, out of what sold plus what is still on hand, by variant, colour or size.
What expires soon? Lots with units left that expire within the period, or already have, with their location and value. Write them off with an adjustment. See lots and expiry.
What does each partner owe me? Each partner's sales, their share, what they owe you, what is not settled yet and what is still on their shelves. See consignment.
Yes. A role that isn't allowed to see costs gets the same reports with the cost and value figures left out. Staff roles come with Grow.
You pick it, from a week up to a year. The ageing report and the reorder list read your stock as it is today.
On Grow and up, every report exports as CSV or XLSX. On Free you can export your stock as a CSV file.
