23 October: Facebook and Instagram

• Connect your Facebook pages with Facebook Login; each page's Instagram account comes with it.
• One inbox for Messenger and Instagram messages and comments, with filters, labels, notes, assigning and snoozing.
• Orders in the chat: a draft order beside the conversation, the address read from the chat, a risk check, confirmation by the buyer's reply or by phone, then a cash-on-delivery order in your order desk.
• Each page's own Meta catalogue of your products, and product cards in the chat.
• Broadcasts to buyers who said yes, AI Automations, and your Business and ad accounts listed in Channels.

22 October: more on the Free plan

• Goods receipts (opening stock and deliveries, without a supplier list) now come with Free.
• Stock counts now come with Free.
• Free now holds a second stock location.

21 October: the panel in Bangla

• The seller panel works in Bangla as well as English. Pick your language and the panel follows it.

17 October: cash on delivery

• Cash on delivery at checkout inside Bangladesh, when every seller in the basket accepts it. Accepting COD is your switch.
• A COD order's units are held while you confirm it by reply, call or code. If the hold runs out, the order is cancelled and the buyer is told.
• Require confirmation before dispatch, and ask an advance on bigger orders: paid by bKash or Nagad, recorded on the order with its transaction id.

17 October: couriers

• Two ways to ship: your own courier accounts (API keys in Settings → Couriers, stored encrypted), or Ship with PrimeHat on PrimeHat's accounts, from a pickup store the courier opens for you once our team has verified your pickup address.
• Dispatch from the order, one or many at once: the parcel is booked, the tracking number kept, the label printed, and the stock leaves the shelf in the same step.
• The courier's updates show on the order and on the buyer's Track Order page. Failed deliveries can be tried again or brought back; partial deliveries are split.
• COD you can match: import a courier's statement, check matched, unmatched and mismatched parcels, then apply it. The Earnings page shows each courier's balance.

17 October: returns by kind

• Parcels the courier brings back (RTO) are kept apart from buyers' returns.
• Returns arrive in quarantine with a condition, then go back on sale, are written off or are kept for repair.
• The returns report by product, courier and district, from Grow.

16 October: the stock ledger

• Every stock change is a movement: who, what, why, when, and the level after. A mistake is reversed with an opposite movement, never edited away.
• Checkout holds the units while the buyer pays, so the same unit isn't sold twice; unpaid holds let go by themselves.
• Stock per size and location, stock counts with the shop open, goods receipts, returns into quarantine, imports with a dry run, and the stock value and low-stock reports.
• From Grow: suppliers and purchase orders, transfers, barcodes and labels, the size and colour matrix, reorder points and the reorder list, staff roles, landed cost in foreign currency, and the ageing, dead stock, ABC and margin reports.
• On Pro: FIFO cost, lots and expiry, serial numbers and IMEI, consignment, landed-cost rules, stock kept apart per channel, ads paused with stock, dynamic reorder points and the inventory API.

16 October: delivery inside Bangladesh

• Set your delivery fee for Dhaka city and for outside Dhaka.
• Add pickup addresses; our team verifies them.

15 October: your shop page

• Your own page on PrimeHat, with tabs, sections, collections, followers and an about in Bangla.
