PrimeCommerce
Record what you buy, who you buy it from, and what it cost by the time it reached your shelf. Every delivery goes on the stock record at that landed cost, and your average cost updates by itself. Receiving goods is on every plan.

Your supplier list comes with Grow.
Keep each supplier's phone, address, lead time, payment terms and currency in one place.
See what you have bought from each supplier, their open orders, and the credit your returns to them claim.
Bring an existing list in from a CSV or Excel file.
Grow adds purchase orders.
Draft an order for a supplier and a location, then send it. Once it is sent, the units show as incoming at that location, so everyone can see what is on the way.
Share the order on WhatsApp or print it. It lists products and quantities, never your costs.
Receive it in one go or in parts. An order moves from draft to sent, partly received and received. Close an order the supplier won't finish, or cancel one nothing has arrived for.
From the reorder list, one tap drafts an order for each supplier.
Receiving is on every plan.
On Free you receive goods without a supplier list.
With staff roles (Grow), a packer receives deliveries without seeing costs; the goods still go on the books at the order's prices.
Grow adds returns to suppliers.
Send faulty or wrong goods back. They leave your stock with the reason recorded, and the credit is kept against the supplier.
A unit costs you more than the supplier's price. Enter your LC, freight and duty charges on the receipt, under freight, customs and other charges, and PrimeCommerce spreads them over the goods.
By default, each receipt updates the size's average cost: the stock you had at the old average, plus the new units at their landed cost.
With Pro you can switch to FIFO: costs are kept in layers, and each sale takes the cost of the oldest stock first.
When a parcel is dispatched, its cost of goods goes into your books (Grow), so the margin per size uses what the goods really cost.
Yes. Receiving is on every plan: on Free you enter opening stock and record deliveries. The supplier list, purchase orders and returns to suppliers come with Grow.
The supplier's price, turned into taka at the receipt's rate when you buy in another currency, plus the unit's share of the freight, customs and other charges on that receipt.
Receive what came. The order shows as partly received and the rest stays incoming. Receive the rest when it arrives, or close the order if it won't come.
No. Average cost is the default, on every plan. FIFO comes with Pro.
