• Messages on the site: what you write to the seller of your order, to a buyer, or to us from your account, with who wrote it and when. A conversation about an order is read by its buyer, the seller concerned and us; we can read every conversation, as it was typed, to answer it and to keep the shop safe. Email addresses, phone numbers and links typed into a message between a buyer and a seller are hidden from the other side, and the conversation shows neither side's email address - the seller of your order still receives the delivery details described under Third-Party Sharing. We email you that a message is waiting, without its words, and keep conversations with the order's records.
• Back-in-stock alerts: if you ask us to tell you when a sold-out item is back, we keep your email address, the item and option you chose and your country, and send you one email when it can be ordered again. The alert is deleted once that email is sent, or after 90 days if it never is. You can cancel it sooner on the product page, or ask us through our contact form.
• Payment Information: When you pay for an order, we keep the payment's status, the amount paid and a payment reference.

When you order an item sold by an independent seller (its product page and your order name the seller), we give that seller the name, delivery address, phone number and email address you gave for the order, and any note you added to it, so that they can send it to you. They may use them for that order only. Your payment details never reach a seller.

If you sell on PrimeHat, we keep the payout details you give us - how and where to send you your money - and a record of every sale, payment and adjustment to your balance, to pay you and to keep our accounts. Your payout details are seen only by PrimeHat and the bank or payment service your money is sent through.

After you place an order, Google may offer you a short survey about it (Google Customer Reviews). The offer is given your order number, email address, delivery country and expected delivery date; Google uses them to send you the survey only if you agree, under Google's own privacy policy.
