Who we are

PrimeHat is operated by Botpata Limited, a private limited company registered in Bangladesh. Orders on primehat.com are sold by Botpata Limited, trading as PrimeHat, unless the product page names another seller. In these terms, "PrimeHat", "we", "us" and "our" mean Botpata Limited.

Sellers other than PrimeHat

Some products in the store are sold by independent sellers. Their product page says "Sold by" with the seller's shop name, which links to the shop's own page, and the checkout, your order and its confirmation email name the seller of each item.

For those items the seller is the one selling to you: they are responsible for the product being as described and for sending it to you within the delivery dates its page shows. We run the store and take the payment for the whole order, and we handle your questions, returns and refunds for every item, whoever sold it, under our refund policy. Write to us through our contact form, or to the seller from your order's page in your account; either way, we handle your questions, returns and refunds as above.

Every seller is reviewed before they can list, and each of their products is checked before it goes live. A seller receives the name, delivery address, phone number and email address you give for an order of theirs, and any note you add to it, to send it to you, and may use them for that order only.
