Sellers are verified. Before a shop can list, we check the owner's national ID and, for larger shops, the trade licence. The shop page shows when the seller joined and their delivery record. A shop that breaks the rules — wrong items, no-shows, pressure to pay outside PrimeHat — is suspended and its listings come down.
Money goes through PrimeHat. You pay PrimeHat, never a seller's own account. No seller should ever ask you to send money to a personal bKash number; if one does, report it and don't pay.
Returns are the platform's job. A valid return is refunded by PrimeHat once the item is back, not left to the seller's goodwill.
What you can do: check the parcel at the door before paying; keep the order message, the transaction ID and the tracking number; report a seller from the order page or through the contact page.
Your rights: online purchases in Bangladesh are covered by the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009; complaints can be made to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection.
