One stock, everywhere
- Every change to stock is a movement: who, what, why, when, and what was left. Movements can't be edited or deleted; a mistake is put right with an opposite movement.
- When a buyer checks out, the units are held; if they don't pay, the hold lets go by itself. So the same unit isn't sold twice.
- Stock by size and location: the shop, the godown, and a quarantine location for returns. Count stock with the shop still open.
- Orders from PrimeHat buyers land in the same order desk and come off the same stock.
- From Grow: transfers between locations, barcode labels and scanning with your phone's camera, the reorder list.
- On Pro: stock kept apart per channel; Meta ads tied to a product pause when it runs out and run again when it's back.
Built for cash on delivery
- Cash on delivery is offered at checkout inside Bangladesh when every seller in the basket accepts it. Whether you accept COD is your switch.
- A COD order's units are held while you confirm it by reply, call or code. If the hold runs out, the order is cancelled and the buyer is told.
- Dispatch from the order, one or many at once: the parcel is booked with the courier, the consignment and tracking numbers are kept, the stock leaves the shelf in the same step, and you can print the label.
- The courier's updates show on the order and on the buyer's Track Order page. A failed delivery can be tried again or brought back; a partial delivery is handled too.
- Import your courier's statement (CSV) and see which parcels match, which don't and which amounts differ, before you apply it. The Earnings page shows each courier's balance.
- Parcels the courier brings back (RTO) are kept apart from buyers' returns. Returned goods go to quarantine, then back on sale, written off, or kept for repair.
Check before you ship
- If you want, set a rule: no COD order is dispatched until it's confirmed.
- Ask an advance on bigger orders. The buyer sends it by bKash or Nagad, and you record it on the order with its transaction id.

- Your own courier account. Paste its API keys in Settings → Couriers. Your rates; the cash the courier collects goes from the courier to you; the claims are yours. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown back.
- Ship with PrimeHat. No courier account? Send on PrimeHat's. Once our team has verified your pickup address, the courier opens a pickup store for you, and the parcel carries your shop's name.
