Sell on PrimeHat
You can send your orders in two ways. Connect your own courier account, and your parcels go on it at your rates. Or switch on Ship with PrimeHat, and your parcels go on PrimeHat's courier accounts, collected from a pickup address our team has verified. Your shop uses one way at a time, and you can switch in Settings → Couriers.

| Your own courier account | Ship with PrimeHat | |
|---|---|---|
| Whose courier account the parcel goes on | Yours | PrimeHat's |
| Whose rates | Yours, as agreed with your courier | PrimeHat's rates with the courier |
| Where the cash on delivery the courier collects goes | From the courier to you | From the courier to PrimeHat, because the parcel is on PrimeHat's account |
| What you need | A merchant account with the courier, and its API keys in Settings → Couriers | A pickup address our team has verified; the courier then makes a pickup store for your shop |
| Plans | Grow and up, as many as you need | Every plan; on Free the only way |
Either way, you dispatch from the order, and the parcel's status comes back to the order and to the buyer's Track Order page.
The keys are stored encrypted and never shown back. On Free your orders ship with PrimeHat; your own courier accounts start on Grow. On Grow and up you can connect as many as you need. See plans.
Settings → Couriers also shows a webhook address. Paste it into your courier's portal so the courier sends each status change to PrimeCommerce. PrimeCommerce also checks your parcels with the courier on its own.
If you change your pickup address, our team checks it again before parcels go from the new one. Your own courier accounts stay saved while Ship with PrimeHat is on, for when you switch back.
The buyer follows the order on Track Order. PrimeCommerce turns each courier's updates into the same plain statuses, so the buyer reads the same words whichever courier carries the parcel.
With Ship with PrimeHat, the parcel names your shop. On your own courier account, the parcel goes out under that account, with your shop or the merchant name you gave the courier.
No. Your shop sends new orders one way at a time: on your own courier accounts or with PrimeHat. You can switch whenever you like, and parcels already booked stay on the account they went on.
Yes. Turn Ship with PrimeHat on or off in Settings → Couriers. Parcels already booked keep following the courier account they were booked on, and your own courier accounts stay saved while Ship with PrimeHat is on.
With Ship with PrimeHat, the parcel names your shop. On your own courier account, it shows your shop or the merchant name on your courier account. Either way, the buyer follows the order on PrimeHat's Track Order page.
