Track your order

• Order placed — we have your order.
• Order confirmed — for cash on delivery: the seller confirmed it with you by a call or a message.
• Payment confirmed — for card payments: your payment went through.
• Packed — the seller packed your items and the courier is coming to pick them up.
• Shipped — the courier has your parcel and it is on its way to your area.
• Out for delivery — the rider is bringing it today. Keep your phone on, and the cash ready for cash on delivery.
• Delivered — you have your order.

If something holds an order up, the tracker says so on the step where it happened:

• Being checked — we are checking a few details. You do not need to do anything.
• Delivery attempt failed — the rider could not reach you and will try again.
• Going back to the seller — the parcel could not be delivered. Contact us if you still want it.

Delivered and cancelled orders are no longer tracked here. You can still see them under My orders.
