Delivered order → a very small commission on the item price → net to your balance. Your delivery fee is yours in full.
PrimeHat pays sellers twice a week. Each payout covers the money that has become payable. A sale becomes payable some days after delivery, once the buyer's time to return it has passed.
Payouts go to your bKash, Nagad or bank account, with a statement. Every sale, payout and adjustment shows on your Earnings page, and the statement downloads as CSV.
With your own courier account, the courier collects the buyer's cash and pays it to you on its own terms. PrimeCommerce follows each cash-on-delivery parcel through three steps:
Import your courier's statement (CSV) into PrimeCommerce. A dry run shows which parcels match, which aren't found and which were paid a different amount; then you apply it. The Earnings page shows what each courier still owes you.
If a buyer keeps part of an order, the delivered part is paid and the rest comes back to you.
Shipping with PrimeHat instead of your own courier account? How cash on delivery works there is explained on Shipping.
A parcel the courier brought back was never delivered, so it pays no commission. A sale that is cancelled, refunded in full or lost in a dispute takes its money back from your balance. An open dispute or a partial refund holds that sale's money until it is resolved.
