Delivery, complaints and listings

Bangladesh's Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 set these limits, and every PrimeHat seller keeps to them (overview: The Daily Star, checked 22 October 2026):

• Deliver within 5 days when the buyer is in the same city, and within 10 days when the buyer is in another city, once the order is paid.
• Answer a buyer's complaint within 72 hours.
• Show on every listing the charges, the return conditions and real images of the product.

Prohibited items

Weapons and their parts, drugs and prescription medicines, tobacco and vapes, counterfeit goods, adult content, lottery and gambling, cryptocurrency hardware wallets, and items that need a licence to sell.

Standing

Three strikes on wrong-item or no-dispatch complaints pause the shop; fraud ends it.
