How to order

Ordering takes about two minutes and needs only your phone number.

1. Find the product. Search or browse categories. On the product page, check the size or colour, the price, and the delivery charge for your area (shown under the price).
2. Add to cart. You can order from several sellers in one go; each seller's items are packed and delivered separately, so you may receive more than one parcel.
3. Enter your delivery details. Name, phone number, district, area and a landmark. A second number helps the rider reach you.
4. Choose how to pay. Checkout shows the ways to pay for your order; today: cash on delivery (an advance by bKash or Nagad where a seller asks one). Some sellers ask a small advance for out-of-Dhaka or high-value orders; it's shown before you confirm.
5. Confirm. You get an order number by SMS and email. Track it any time on Track order.

What happens next

The seller confirms and packs (usually the same or next working day), hands the parcel to a courier, and you get the tracking number. Inside Dhaka, delivery is usually 1–3 days from dispatch. Outside Dhaka, 2–5 days.

Changing or cancelling

Until the seller has dispatched, you can cancel from the order page or by WhatsApp. After dispatch, refuse the parcel at the door or use Returns.
