Changed your mind? You can return an item within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, delivery included. Refunds are made by PrimeHat under its refund policy.

We pack every order and send it within two working days of payment. The delivery time and fee for your address are on each product page and at checkout, and you get a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Our products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults, from the day they are delivered. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse or normal wear. To use it, write to us from your order page with a photo or a short video of the fault.
